About Us

As Founder and CEO of Infinite Clinical Solutions, Deb Lenhart has nearly 30 years of industry experience.  Throughout her career, she has served as an integral part of big pharma, biotech’s, CRO’s and start-up organizations.  She has built out Clinical Data Management departments and teams along with an array of service offerings.   

Deb's extensive experience spans across Clinical Data Management, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Operations, Clinical Coding, Business Development and Sales. She has a compassionate, comprehensive, consultative approach to supporting her clients.  She is quality driven and dedicated to providing top-notch deliverables. 

Deb began her career at Rhone-Poulenc Rorer in 1994 where she supported the clinical oncology department.  She quickly discovered her passion for clinical trials.  Over the years, she has worked for GSK as a FDA submissions associate, Windtree Therapeutics (Discovery Labs) as a Drug Safety Specialist, and served as the Director of Clinical Data Management at BioClinica (formerly Phoenix Data Systems).  While at BioClinica, she also served as the Program Director for Drug Safety assisting Johnson and Johnson with their Children’s Tylenol® and Motrin® Recall in 2010.  Since, she has headed up three start-up companies with implementing their Clinical Data Management Systems/Departments and most recently served as Vice President of Business Operations and CDM Consultant.

Deb is MedDRA certified and an IBM Clinical Development/Merge certified designer.  She is proficient in IBM Clinical Development, iMedidata Rave®, Oracle InForm, Medrio, Clinical Studio, BioClinica (PDS) Express, Advarra EDC, MedNet, VieDoc, RedCAP, Prelude Dynamics Vision, and ClinCapture,  She is also a published author in SCDM's Data Basics.
